A typical MobileSynch implementation follows several phases.  Typical delivery time is just a few weeks.

PHASE 1 - Paperwork and Procurement
During this phase, we will ask you for configuration documents that tell us about your existing computers and network, your users, your local ordinances, and your agency information. We will also arrange for any new hardware to be shipped to you directly.

PHASE 2 - Readiness
During this phase, several things will happen. First, after we receive your paperwork, we may install some copies of MobileSynchRMS on your existing computers over the Internet. These systems are for SELF-PACED TRAINING. Next, we will work with you and your local computer administrators to make sure your existing computers and network are ready to receive MobileSynchRMS and the MobileSynchRMS server. Finally, if necessary, we will make our travel arrangements to come to your site for live installation and training.

Your biggest responsibility during this phase is to make sure every one of your users completes the self-paced training.

PHASE 3 - Training
Training will either be done over the Internet or in-person, depending on what you purchased.  For on-site training, we will typically spend 2 days at your site. During that time, we will make sure that the system is installed and operating correctly and that all computers are synching with each-other and the server.

We strongly recommend that you 'go live' with the new system immediately after live training.

Approximately 1 week after our small group training sessions, we will offer online training classes for administrators and property room managers. Other online training is available any time through our staffed help desk.
