A day in the life of MobileSynchDispatch See the basic functionality of MobileSynchDispatch.
As an officer comes on duty, Dispatchers can record their status as available.}
When a call comes in, the call-taker records the details of the call in the MobileSynch RMS CallLog.
When the call is saved, it shows up on the MobileSynch Dispatch Pending Calls Screen.
The dispatcher dispatches any number of active units to the call, and records various timestamps as they occur (Dispatched, Arrived, On-Scene, Cleared).
When the call is cleared, the timestamps all dump into the original call's call notes and timestamp fields.
